Iheanacho scores late to help Eagles draw Senegal

Nigeria and Senegal played an entertaining 1 - 1 draw at the Hive Stadium in London in an international friendly game.
Victor Moses and Carl Ikeme missed the match through injury while Liverpool's Saido Mane started on the bench for the Teranga Lions.
Senegal were the better side in the first half with Idrissa Gueye 'bossing' the midfield until the introduction of John Ogu in the place of Ogenyi Onazi who was injured mid-way first half.
Senegal took the lead in the second half through Moussa Sow but the Super Eagles equalized through Kelechi Iheanacho who scored a penalty with 10 minutes left to play.
Nigeria's next game will also be played at the Hive against Burkina Faso.

Senegal hit the bar early in the game. Ogenyi Onazi was taken off injured due to injury with John Ogu replacing him.
Kelechi Iheanacho missed two glorious chances for the Eagles.
Senegal opened the scoring when Moussa Sow converted from Idrissa Gueye's right wing cross.
The Super Eagles equalized through Iheancho who was felled in the box, stood up and converted past the goalie.

Barnet's The Hive stadium will play host to the international friendly match between Nigeria and Senegal tonight.

The match serves as a warm-up for coach Gernot Rohr ahead crunch Africa Cup of Nations and World Cup qualifiers later this year.
Both teams last met during the preliminary rounds of the 2006 African Cup of Nations with the Super Eagles winning 2-1 courtesy of Obafemi Martins brace.
The Hive stadium holds 6,000 – but reports claim less than 2,000 seats have been sold for the game.
Tickets cost as £10 for adults but only 11 of 480 tickets behind one goal have been snapped up.

Nigeria boss, Gernot Rohr, has got off to a stunning start in their World Cup qualifiers after guiding the Super Eagles to a 2-1 win over Zambia and a 3-1 victory against Algeria.
Nigeria's Victor Moses and Carl Ikeme have pulled out of the squad injured while Oghenekaro Etebo has already joined the team training.
